所有组别接受车队、个人报名。车队报名车手数不低于3人、不超过8人。

All categories are open to individual and team registrations. A team must have minimum of 3 riders, and maximum of 8 riders and they shall be in the same category.

l Cat A 精英组 (Elite)，      60 CNY， SRCT License：M1/2/3, W1

l Cat B 高级组 (Advanced)， 60 CNY， SRCT License：M2/3, W1

l Cat C 大众组 (Public)，    60 CNY， SRCT License：M4

l Cat W 女子组 (Women)， 30 CNY， SRCT License：W1/2

l Cat M 大师组 (Master)，   60 CNY 在1979年12月31日之前出生的车手(Born before or on Dec 31, 1979)

比赛当日赛事保险（意外医疗五万元，意外伤害最高可达三十万元人民币）

古猗园（荷花展）简介：

位于上海嘉定南翔镇的古猗园，是江南古典园林的奇葩。它始建于明朝万历年间，早先为私家宅院，由擅长竹刻、书画、叠石的朱稚征设计布置。因园内广植绿竹，园名取自《诗经》“绿竹猗猗”句，故名“猗园”。此后，几经周折，清乾隆十一年（1746年）为叶锦购得，大规模的重修和改建之后，取其由前朝园林沿袭之意，更名“古猗园”，沿用至今。赛事当日正值古猗园荷花展展期之中，13个品种的太空荷花亮相。集中展出的太空荷花有太空莲36号、风卷红旗、星空牡丹等13个品种，品种、数量均为本市历年之最，堪称太空荷花的一次“家族大聚会”。

南翔老街简介：

    南翔老街（即市政府公布的双塔历史文化风貌保护区）坐落于南翔古镇的中心区域，规划面积14.34万平方米。内有人民街、共和街、解放街和胜利街，为传统的商业区和居民住宅区。经过整修，恢复了清末民初“银南翔”的历史风貌：粉墙黛瓦、屋舍参差林立，大小商铺鳞次栉比；小桥、流水、花园、长廊、画店各具风韵(EN:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanxiang)

南翔小笼简介：

魁地仑(criterium)规则

1. 赛场 Venue

魁地仑(criterium)是在封闭交通的情况下，在比较短的环形路段上进行的公路车比赛。 环形路的单圈长度在800米至2,000米之间。
The criterium is a road bike that will run on a circuit closed to traffic. The circuit shall measure between 800 and 2,000 meters.

2. 积分 Points

比赛的所有圈，分普通圈和途中冲刺圈两种。每隔5圈为冲刺圈，冲刺点在起/终点线。
There are two types of lap: normal laps or intermediate sprint laps. Intermediate sprints shall take place on the start/finish line after every 5 laps.

a. 每最先完成一个普通圈的第1名选手，获得1积分。
The first rider to cross the start/finish line during normal laps is awarded 1 point.

b. 最先完成一个途中冲刺圈的前4名选手，分别获得5、4、3、2积分。
The first four riders to cross the start/finish line during the intermediate sprint laps are awarded the following points, repectively: 5、4、3、2.

3. 圈数 Laps

第一个完成比赛长度的选手到达起/终点线之后，其他后续选手到达起/终点线便不再继续绕圈，这时骑行的圈数视为比赛成绩圈数。
After the first rider completes the required number of laps, all the other riders are considered to have finished the race when they next cross the start/finish line. This means that even if a rider is lapped, he or she must stop at that time.  

4. 排名 Classification

运动员按如下顺序原则排定名次：
The classification shall be as follows:

a. 骑行最多圈数的车手；
The winner shall be the rider who completed the greatest number of laps;

b. 圈数相同，则按积分的多少来决定；
In the case of a tie on number of laps completed, the number of points won determines the winner;

c. 在积分圈数均相同的情况下，由途中冲刺获胜次数来决定；
In the case of a tie on both number of laps completed and points won, the number of wins during the intermediate sprints shall determine the winner;

d. 如果还是平局，由最后一圈冲刺的先后决定；
If the riders are still tied, their place during the final sprint shall determine the winner.

5. 套圈及退赛 Lapped riders and elimination

a. 等于或少于20人的集团落后较多被套圈，该被套圈车手（们）的成绩按套圈时完成圈数以及上一圈过线时的先后顺序计算。该被套圈车手（们）可以继续比赛，但不可以帮助非同圈的车手。
Whether individual riders or groups less than 20 riders are lapped, they can continue racing but can not help other riders who are not lapped. Their score is based on the laps they have finished and sequence when they cross the start/finish line at the last time.

b. 超过20人的集团以及领先于该集团的车手落后较多被套圈，该被套圈车手（们）视为被套圈，可以帮助领先的套圈车手和争夺冲刺圈积分。

Groups of more than 20 riders or individual riders are lapped can still earn intermediate sprints points or lead any other riders.

c. 即便车手退赛，其获得的积分也依然有效。
The points that a rider earns is taken into consideration even when the rider is eliminated and leaves the race.

赛事包领取 Racing Bag Pick Up

比赛日现场领取或比赛日前一天至SCP办公室领取，请携带好有效身份证件以供核对

l 若已参加过SCP比赛拥有SCP执照，赛事包可以他人代为领取。

l 若尚未参加过SCP比赛，赛事包必须本人亲自领取。

l 现场请携带200元押金用于租借计时芯片，赛后凭芯片退还。

l Racing bag pick-up is also available on Aug 15 at SCP office. Please show your SRCT license or photo ID when pick up the racing bag.

l Please bring 200 CNY for the timing chip deposit.
