For next year the International Cycling Federation has reduced the number of World Cup XC, DH and 4X events to six each. As of now only four events are listed for the World Cup Marathon series. Mont-Sainte-Anne, Canada will be the only North American round.
The cross-country opener is in the Netherlands Antilles, a group of five islands in the Caribbean. Curacao itself is a little island off the coast of Venezuela.

May 13-14: XC World Cup 2...Madrid (Spn)

June 3-4: DH/4X World Cup 3...Willingen (Ger)
June 17-18: MA World Cup 2...Mont-Sainte-Anne (Can)
June 24-25: XC WC 5; DH/4X WC 4...Mont-Sainte-Anne (Can)
July 1-2: DH/4X World Cup 5...Balneario Camboriu (Bra)
July 8-9: MA World Cup 3...Villabassa (Ita)
July 29-30: MA World Cup 4...Val Thorens (Fra)
August 13: MA World Champ's...Oisans (Fra)
August 22-27: XC, DH, 4X World Champ's...Rotorua (NZl)
September 9-10: XC/DH/4X World Cup 6...Schladming (Aut)
