四、参赛办法
4.   Sign up

（一）        报名条件及要求
Conditions and requirements
1、        长期从事体育锻炼、身体健康，无身体残疾、精神障碍的自行车爱好者，年龄16－60周岁
     以身份证件或户口簿为准。
     Bike funs, who is long time engaged in sport activity, health, without physical disabilities
     and mental disorders, 16-60 years old, subjected to the identity documents or household  
     register.

2、        所有现役的专业及职业车手（大中华地区包括大陆、港澳台注册车手，其他国家包括                UCI级比赛参加车手，参加洲际比赛以及此级别以上的车队队员等）、退役车手（指退役连续                未满2年者） 不得参加本次比赛，一经发现取消参赛资格并不退还报名费。
All professional riders (China region, including mainland, Hong Kong and Macao  registered riders, other States including UCI class competition                         riders, team members participating in the intercontinental competition and the level above),                 retired racers (who retired less than 2 years in a row) can not participate in this competition.

3、        报名时须提交本人身份证或户口簿复印件，外籍人士须出示本人护照原件并交复印件。
     ID card or a copy of household register is necessary for sign up, foreigners are required to
     show the passport and submit a copy of the original.

4、        参赛人员须确保身体健康，适合自行车运动。未成年者参赛必须由监护人签字。所有未成年
人参赛即表示其已获得父母、监护人等的同意或授权，所发生的一切后果由其本人或其父母  
或其监护人承担。
     The participant should ensure their own health, suitable for cycling. Minor’s patricians  
         must be signed by the guardian. The patricians of all minors means that it has obtained
         the agreement of the parent, guardian or authorized, all the consequences should be
          taken by himself or by his parents or guardians.

5、        组委会将为每位参赛运动员办理比赛当日人身意外伤害保险（最高赔偿额度RMB20万），赛
     事保险为比赛当日比赛中的保险责任，不包括往返赛场途中骑行、会场骑行、试骑、热身等
     非比赛期间、非比赛场地进行的运动风险责任。
         The Organizing Committee provides every participant personal accident insurance on the
         Competition day (maximum compensation amount RMB 200000), this insurance covers  
         only the responsibility on the competition, not including the riding on the way to and from
         competition venue, riding on site, test ride, warm up etc., all Exercise risk liability during
         non-competition and non-competition venues.
6、        参加公路男子的可兼报山地男子一个组别，参加男子山地的可兼报男子公路一个组别。
         Participant of Men’s open race could attend Men’s MTB, participant of Men’s MTB
         could also attend men’s open race.
7、        参赛人员一切费用自理，组委会不承担任何参赛者发生费用及责任。
     All cost should be borne by participant; organizers do not bear any competitors fees and
     responsibilities.
8、        参加者承诺遵守比赛的各项规定，遵守比赛道德，自愿承担由此产生的一切风险与损失或伤害。
     Participants promise to comply the rules and regulations of competition, compliance with
     Competition moral, assume all risks, loss and injury free-will.
9、        参加者清楚、了解、获知比赛可能存在的风险，这些风险可能来自于参加者自身或其他人，
     也可能来自于比赛器材、场地等。
         Participants know and understand clearly that the competition might have risk, and such
         Risks may come from the participants themselves or others, may come from equipment or
         Venue etc.  
10、        参加者自愿放弃对赛事主办方、承办方、协办方、赞助方及相关所有个人和单位提出针对比
赛中发生的任何损失、伤害进行任何索赔、法律诉讼的权利，这种损失、伤害包括不限于自
身缺乏耐力、体力、技术、经验或因其他参与者不当作为或与其他方发生碰撞、器材问题等。
        Participate voluntary give up for competition in the occurs of any loss, and hurt for any
        claims, and legal action of right on events sponsors, organizer, co-organizer, and
        sponsored party and the related all personal, this loss, and hurt including but does not
        limited to the lack of endurance, physical, technology and experience or due to improper act
        of other participants improper or and other party occurs collision, and equipment problem,.

（二）        报名费用
Expenses
报名费为30元／人，含赛事纪念品1个、比赛号码牌、比赛保险、饮水等。兼报其他组别，不另   
行补交费用。报名费一经缴纳，概不退还，除非是组委会原因。

Registration fee is RMB30 per person, including a souvenir, race number, race insurance, and
water and so on. No more additional fee for patricians in other category group. Paid fee will
not be refunded, unless it was because of the Organizing Committee.   

（三）        报名时间
Timing:
报名起止日期为6月30日至8月10日。
Timing for sign up is from Jun 20th till Aug 10th.

（四）        报名途径：
Registration channel:
1、店面报名
可在马牌轮胎在全国的经销商处报名或指定地点报名。车友可直接前往报名地点填写报名表和免责申明书，同时附上身份证复印件，缴纳报名费即可，参赛号码套包现场领取。各报名点联系方式，请另见清单。
1.        Registration at shops
Registration can be done by the dealers or designed area. Fans go directly to the registration center and fill in application form and disclaim statement, with a copy of ID and pay the registration fee. Race number package is to be received on site. The contact information of registration point please refer to the attached list.

2、网络报名

点击用户注册---填写会员资料并上传证件资料—注册成功—获得用户ID号及临时密码—以会员ID或手机号或身份证号登录网站—进入个人信息管理—修改初始密码—完善个人历史成绩等信息—--进入比赛报名—点击“我要报名”选择赛事—点击查看“比赛项目”—选择比赛项目点击报名—在线支付报名费或电汇报名费—等待报名确认—报名通过—完毕。
Click user registration---fill in complete information and upload documents information-registration success-get user ID, and the temporary password- sign in with username or phone, or ID, login website-enter personal information management-modified initial password-perfect personal history results, information---enter competition registration-click "I want to registration" select events-click view "competition category"-select category and click registration-online paid registration fee or transfer registration fee-waiting for registration confirmation-registration confirmed-finished.
（3）如报名时填写或选择有错误，可进行在线申请修改报名信息，经审核可修改。
     When there is an error during filling-in or selection, you can apply revision for registration information online; it will be revised after check.
（4）报名后可通过“比赛报名”内的功能查询报名的进展状态，如是在审核中还是已通过。
   After registration is available through the "competition sign in" function to check the registration status, if it is in verifying or already passed.
（5）只有支付了报名费的网络报名才算最终通过，不论通过哪种方式支付报名费，支付报名费时请备注一下“参赛者姓名、组别、ID号”，以便我们核对查询。
  The registration will be confirmed when the registration fee paid, whatever how you pay the fee, please note “participants name, category, ID number”, so that we can check the payment status.
（6）比赛日，选手凭身份证到现场，按所报名组别签到、检录。
   On the competition day, participants register and assemble on site with ID.

五、竞赛规则
5. Competition regulations

（一）执行规则：Implementation rules:

比赛将采用中国自行车运动协会制订的最新规则为执行基准，本规则中或报名参赛要求有说明规定的按本规则执行，本规则或报名参赛要求中未说明的均按中自协规则执行。
The competition implements the new rules of Chinese Cycling Association as benchmark, in this regulations mentioned issues will be implemented accordingly, not mentioned issues will be executed according to the rules of Chinese cycling association.

（二）比赛检录： Assembling:
1、每项比赛开始前45分钟到比赛检录区进行检录，比赛开始前5分钟停止检录，未检录者视自动放弃，未经检录而进行比赛者完成比赛成绩亦无效；
   Assembling begins 45 minutes before start, stops 5 minutes before start, who doesn’t assemble is to be deemed waiver automatically,  participants, who completed game but without assembling, their scores are invalid;   
2、检录时，裁判将进行身份确认，核对身份证、参赛卡、姓名、号码、赛项等，如发现有更改者或冒名顶替者将直接取消参赛资格；
   By the assembling, referees confirm the identity, checking identity cards, entry card, name, number, category, imposter or ID forger will be cancelled their qualification directly.
3、检录时裁判将检查车辆是否通过安检，号码牌、号码布是否佩带在指定位置，是否按照规定安装计时器；
   By the assembling, referees check whether the bicycle is through the security check, number is already worn in a specified location, the bicycle is installed the timer in accordance.
4、检录后未按裁判发令统一出发者（如检录后自行离开，在比赛开始后返回），不得中途加入比赛，即使完成比赛，成绩亦无效。
   After assembling who doesn’t proceed according to referee (leave after assembling, return after the race begins), could not join the competition any more, even they completed race, the results are invalid.
   

（三）比赛出发：Competition start:
1、以检录顺序排定出发顺序，检录在前排者出发在前排，为大组出发，出发缺席者概不等待；
   Starting order is scheduled according to assembling order, who assembles at first will start
   In front row. Absentee will be not waited.
2、检录时如某项比赛超过安全人数，则按检录顺序将此项比赛分组间隔出发比赛，最终以分组后的汇总成绩为排名成绩；
   When the participants in the category exceed safety number, according to assembling order this category will be divided to several groups and start with time interval, ranking results are based on group summary results.
3、比赛出发时，请务必注意倾听裁判指令及口头特别约定，以裁判现场指令为准；
    By starting please be sure to listen referee’s instruction and verbal agreement, it is subjected to the referee's instructions on site;
4、比赛出发时，请务必注意安全，提前做好出发准备，切勿相互排挤、抢占前排位置，以免发生大面积摔伤事故。
   For your safety please prepare the start in advance, don’t crowd each other, or try to grab  
front-row position, in order to avoid accident.

（四）比赛路线 Competition route

1、        山地公路赛道均为开发区交通道路，沥青路面，有一定起伏，有转弯。线路为：自马牌工厂大门路南起点，沿大别山路往东骑行，右转上天龙路，左转上磨子潭路，左转上创新大道，左转上湖光西路，左转上天龙路，右转上大别山路，向西直行达到马牌工厂大门终点（大别山路路北）。逆时针绕圈骑行，1圈10公里。比赛起点与终点非同一地点，间隔一定距离。
The race track is traffic roads, asphalt pavement, have ups, downs, turn. The route ist : from South side of factory gate as start point, along the Da Bie shan road to the East , turn right onto heaven Tian Long road, turn left on Mo Zi Tan Road, turn left to Chuang Xin Avenue, turn left to Hu Guang Xi Road, turn left to Tian Long Road, turn right back to Da Bie Shan Road,  go straight to west till Conti gate (North of Da Bie Shan Road). Counter-clockwise around the circuit, 1 round is 10 km. Start and End are not same location, there are distance intervals.
2、        每组骑行圈数按赛项约定进行，比赛中不设套圈淘汰，裁判有权根据当日实际情况采取是否加、减圈数或采取关门的权利。
Round number for each category is according to regulations, referees have the right to add, subtract the round number or close the door.

（五）其他规定 Other regulations
1、参赛选手自备参赛用车、装备与护具，并自行承担相关装备风险，参赛者在比赛期间必须佩带头盔、安装比赛号码、计时器，否则裁判有权随时取消参赛资格并令其提前终止比赛。
    Participants prepares bicycle, equipment and protective Contestants power to compete with vehicles and equipment and protective gear by themselves,  and assume related risk for equipments, during the game, the participants must wear helmets, race number, timing device, otherwise referees have the right to cancel the qualification and terminate the game.
2、公路车为27寸车型，硬叉，不可为混合车型。山地车为26寸车型，必须配避震前叉，轮胎1.75英寸或以上，禁止光头胎，不可用公路车、混合车、折叠车等车型参加山地车比赛。
    27-inch models for open road, rigid fork, not as a mixed model. 26-inch models for MTB, must have shock absorber front fork, wheel 1.75 inches above, non-slick, don’t use open raod model, mixed model and folding models for MTB.
3、比赛中容许携带轮胎、维修工具进行自行维修，不得借助外部力量维修。比赛中可佩戴眼镜、码表等安全用品，不得携带、佩戴酒瓶、玻璃容器、音乐播放器、对讲机等影响比赛或安全的物品及用品。
    During competitions it is allowed to carry tires, repair tools for maintenance for own repair, it is not allowed to get the help external. Wearing glasses, timers such as security products is allowed,   shall not carry and wear wine bottle, glass effects, music player, two way radio to influence the competition.
4、比赛中不得有抄近道、不得漏跑圈数，不得故意冲撞、排挤、刮蹭他人，比赛冲刺前200米不得走曲线、斜线冲刺或有其他阻挡行为，否则取消比赛成绩。
    In the competition it is not allowed to take a shortcut, race less than specific round number, not close in, crowding out, 200m before sprint shall not take the curves, slash sprint or other obstruction, otherwise the results are invalid.
5、任何组别的比赛中选手都不能跟在裁判摩托车，技术服务车等工作车辆后面骑行，距离至少保持50米。
      All participants in any group in the competition do not follow the referee’s motorcycle and technical service vehicles, keep 50m distance at least.
6、比赛中如出现的自行车故障、损坏、不能骑行的场合时可以自己扛车或推车继续比赛，但不得借助他人帮助，也不能妨碍其他人的正常比赛，并且给后面的选手留出通过的空间，否则取消比赛成绩。
   In Competitions if bike has failure, damage, participants can carry their own bike or push the bike, but not with the help of others, and not hinder others from normal competition, and keep the space for other player for through, otherwise the results are invalid.
7、比赛中如出现身体或机械或其他原因导致需要退出比赛，则成绩无效，参赛者须迅速离开赛道，不得影响其他选手的比赛。
   If participants can’t continue the competition due to physical or mechanical causes, their results are invalid, they should leave the race route immediately, don’t hinder others from normal competition.
8、比赛中如遇有选手超越自己时，自身体力或技术不及的情况下需让出行驶路线，不得故意阻挠对方。
   In cases when other participants beyond you due to your physical strength, or technology, than you shall to keep the route free, shall not obstruct each other.
9、山地及公路赛均采取电子计时为主、人工计时为辅的计时方式。比赛为大组出发，个人计时制，比赛用时少者优胜。
   For MLB and open road we use mainly electronic timing, manual timing as supplement. Starting as group, timing individually, player with less time wins the competition.
10、未检录、比赛缺席等，自动退出比赛，取消比赛资格。
     Not come to assembling and absence on the competition, will be cancelled the qualification automatically.
11、赛事中，裁判有权按组别参加者数量、水平等状况决定是否采取合并组别出发、比赛，合并组别不影响比赛成绩记录及奖励。
Referee is entitled to according to the number of group participants, level of status deciding whether to merge groups start, merge category does not affect game performance records and awards.
12、赛事中，裁判组有权根据赛事进展情况、天气状况等采取合并组别、增减圈数、提前发车等措施，敬请车手注意现场公告、通知。因此导致的比赛异议，赛事组委会恕不受理投诉。
Referee team is entitled to merge category, change round number, start early according to the progress in the race and the weather conditions. Please pay attention to on-site notice. Which led to objections, complaints will not be accepted.
13、对比赛成绩有异议者，需在比赛结束后10分钟内提出书面仲裁申请，否则视为放弃。
Results disagree should be applied in written form within 10 minutes after the match. Otherwise  it’s to be deemed as waiver.

七、特殊情况下的须知Under special circumstances
1、赛事当日如遇一般性的刮风、下雨天气，比赛将照常，不延期、更改日期。
On the match, such as normal windy, rainy weather, the game will be hold as usual, without delay, change the date.
2、赛事当日如遇雷雨、狂风、暴雨等特别恶劣天气，比赛可能将被延迟、延期或择日举行或终止或被取消，请大家理解支持，报名费用恕不能退还。
On the event day in case of thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain and other particularly bad weather, competition may be delayed, postponed or optional date or termination or cancellation, please understand, that registration fee cannot be returned.
3、赛事中如遇意外事件、自然灾害等其他严重的情况，比赛可能会延迟、延期或择日举行或终止或被取消，请大家理解支持，报名费用恕不能退还。
During the events such as in the case of accidents, natural disasters and other serious cases, competition may be delayed, postponed or optional date or termination or cancellation, please understand , that registration fee cannot be returned.
4、如遇下雨等天气，组委会有权根据天气情况采取合并组别发车、减少圈数或距离、提前或延迟比赛等措施以保证顺利完成比赛。如在此等条件下，请车友务必比正常情况提前到场签到，以免因比赛提前导致错失比赛，否则恕接受投诉或仲裁。
In case of raining, the Organizing Committee has the right to merge group, reducr the number of rings or distance, start early or late and other measures to ensure a smooth finish based on the weather conditions. Under these conditions, participants are requested to sign up earlier than normal, so as to avoid missing the competition; otherwise we are not able to accept complaints or arbitration.
5、如因雷雨天气等因素导致比赛计时器无法工作，比赛成绩将以人工记录、摄像记录等为主，裁判组将只能提供奖励名次，无比赛用时及其他名次，敬请谅解。
As a result of factors such as thunderstorms causing the game timer not working, game scores will be noted with manual records, video records, referee team will provide ranking rewards only, no time summary and other ranking.
6、请车友在比赛前几天及当日注意登录我们的赛事网站、微博，查看最新通知或信息。同时，请保持手机开机，以便我们及时通过短信等方式通知变化、更改事宜（因此报名时登记手机号码非常重要）。
Please login the website or Twitter to view the latest announcements or information a few days before the game. Also, please keep your phone powered on, so that we can notify change, such as by text message (so phone number is very important).

八、其他 Other
1、以上规则如有变化、修改、补充，组委会将另行通知，以新通知为准。
In case of change, modify, add, the Organizing Committee will inform you, all information is subjected to the new notification.
2、临时变化，请所有参加者务必注意赛事当日现场公告、通知，以现场通知为准。
In case of temporary change, all participants please pay attention for the notice, all information is subjected to the notice published on site.
