昨天晚上银子同学应该给瑟烈打过电话了. 一大早瑟列直接来我办公室找我说这件事. 虽然已经是一小时之前的事了,但是我仍然无法平静. 因为我听到了一个几乎不同,且更完整的版本, 里面充满了暴力威胁, 我真的不相信, 这会是发生在一家类似于SPECIALIZED这样高端自行车店的故事...
瑟烈本来不让我把这个故事放到网上来，因为他，他女朋友受到威胁，他不想为了一个60美金的破轮子而找来更多麻烦。。是我一再坚持，他才同意，我觉得有必要让大家知道整个事情的过程，还瑟烈一个清白。。
另外，我想提醒闪电店里的各位黑社会老大，宁波是法制社会，如果瑟烈或者他女朋友或者另外一个朋友人身再受到任何伤害，我一定不会放过你们

我让瑟烈先写了一个经过,大家先看看
I (Israel), Xiao Lin, and Xiao Si went back to the Specialized bike shop to discuss a wheel that we felt sure was damaged by careless maintenance from the bike shop. After the previous visit’s negative result, and the owner inviting us back to have someone else look at the wheel we showed up at the shop around 8 PM. In addition to the owner there was the mechanic, a friend of the owner, a big guy in a black shirt, the most voilent one, and two females outside of the store. They immediately began cursing us, before even looking at the wheel. We then called the police. Their cursing became very bad so I made the mistake of taking a photo of the scene. After I took the photo the group immediately attacked us physically. I hugged my bag that contained my camera (as well as many other personal belongings) and tried to get away. I told Xiao Lin and Xiao Si just to run away, as many people were around and if a foreigner were to try to defend and hit anyone else I know that everyone, whether I am right or wrong, would have all attacked me.
我(瑟烈), 小林(瑟烈女朋友),和小斯(瑟烈以前公司同事),返回闪电自行车店去协商我们认为是由于自行车店维修不当造成的轮圈损害. 因为上一次协商没有结果, 闪电店的店主让我在晚上8点左右再过去,让其他人再看看这个轮子的情况. 当时除了店主在以外,店里有一个机师,店主的朋友(穿黑衬衣的大块头), 店外有两个女的. 在还没看轮子之前,他们突然开始骂我们. 我们报了警. 他们越骂越厉害, 所以我拍了一张整个现场的照片. 在我拍完这张照片之后, 这群人立即开始打我们. 我抱住我的包,里面有相机还有很多私人物品, 并试图逃走. 我叫小林和小斯快跑,因为周围已经围了很多人. 如果一个外国人试图自卫或者打任何人, 我知道所有人, 不管是不是我的错, 都会来攻击我

When I was holding onto my bag trying to run away from the store I saw the store owner’s friend take a heavy U lock from the shop and starting hitting my friend Xiao Si as they held him from running away. He continued to try to run away as they punched and hit him until he lost his glasses and his shirt was torn to shreds.

I was able to run to the middle of the street, or in the grass between in the median where I secretly handed my camera to Xiao Lin who, unseen, ran away to the supermarket with it.

Finally he got away when the police arrived and Xiao Lin returned, however when the police turned away the big friend of the bike shop punched Xiao Lin in the shoulder and kicked her in the stomach.

During the altercation, while my arm was bruised and they pulled on my ear what bothered me the most was seeing my friend Xiao Si beaten when he was just trying to run away, and my girlfriend beaten by the other man. To fix the wheel would probably cost around $100, and I don’t like paying for things that others break, however it is really a small thing compared to the violence afterwards.

Afterwards at the police station I emphasized that I only wanted to be left alone, however the owner’s friend who was the most violent continued to threaten us saying he knows where I live and when I leave he will find me. “你自己当心点！ (you should be careful when you leave)” and I wouldn’t be safe unless I go back to the US. As anyone in a foreign country would feel, it of course made me feel quite nervous since even when I did nothing wrong and they were so violent they still were not punished, and it had taken the police so long to arrive.

There is one girl that works at the store who speaks very good English. When we were at the Police station she suddenly spoke English to me and said I had embarrassed other foreigners and so many people had seen it. I kindly asked her to tell me what I did wrong, did I curse someone, was I rude, did I hit anyone. To this she had no reply.

I want to point out that during the entire incident we never hit anyone, never cursed them and after they attacked us just tried to run away.

我只是想问, 为什么闪电会在一个老外根本不会来的论坛上发昨晚的贴子?为什么丝毫不提打人,去警察局的事?
人品绝对值得怀疑!

很遗憾,小斯被打, 手上,脖子上都有抓伤和淤青,衣服也被撕破,但是没有留下任何照片
再次质问闪电店, 为什么在昨天晚上的贴子里不提照片, 冲突和去警察局的事情?
是你让8点左右去店里协商还是他们9点左右来店里闹事的? 现在觉得你10点发贴把他们来的时间改到9点同样值得让人怀疑! |
